I can't hear the audio clips...

If your computer fails to play the audio clips or you can't hear them, it may be due to one or more of these three things:

  • Did you have the volume turned up on your computer?
  • You may need to check your browser settings to confirm you've enabled it to play sounds. If you're using Internet Explorer, go to: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - Play Sounds.
  • Chances are you already have audio "player" software installed on your computer such as "Windows Media Player" for Microsoft Windows. If your volume is turned up and your browser is set to play audio files and it still doesn't play, then you may need to add audio "player" software. One such software product is available for free at www.real.com - click on "Download Realplayer" and then look carefully near the bottom right of the screen to click on "Download FREE RealPlayer" to download the free version - not the one that asks for a one-time charge.
  • Note: When you install Realplayer, it will ask you to register it by filling in an email address and clicking a few more buttons. It will accept any email address you type in (i.e., tryout@email.com). You may also want to de-select all the checkbox options so you don't receive email notes about product updates.
