Invitation to Choral Singers - Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle

Taconic Opera invites you to collaborate on an upcoming performance of Rossini’s Petite Messe Solennelle featuring the Taconic Opera chorus, and professional lead singers and orchestra. The concert will be conducted under the baton of Dan Montez, General Director of the Taconic Opera.

TWO PERFORMANCES

DATES: Saturday, June 2, 7:30pm

Sunday, June 3, 3:00pm

LOCATION: United Methodist Church of Ossining, 1 Emwilton Road (intersection of Rt. 9), Ossining, NY

All voice parts are welcome, particularly altos and tenors. Membership requires a short, painless, friendly audition by appointment (date/time based on your availability. There are no dues to sing with the chorus. Members must supply their own score and are encouraged to help with ticket sales by promoting the concert. We will be using the Kalmus score for this concert. Singers wishing to brush up on the work can visit the following website:
