United Songs of America

Summer Ensemble 2024

The Putnam Chorale 2024 Summer Ensemble, United Songs of America, Our Shared Musical Heritage, is the third in a series of fun and uplifting summer singing, featuring music drawn from Americas cultural and social history.  Featuring an enhanced Charles Ives historic concert in Brewster on July 6, the season will include two other area concerts.  Songs feature several written by Ives himself and include well-known selections from composers such as Irving Belin.  You'll sing classics such Over the Rainbow, Blue Skies, and crowd favorites like I've Got Rhythm.  And interesting little known works by Charles Ives. Bring your summer camp enthusiasm.
